To book an initial consultation appointment (allow up to 90-minutes), please complete our self-referral form below. If you have a clinician preference (eg psychologist/psychiatrist) please include this with your brief summary. GP’s and specialists are also welcome to use the referral form or send a written referral via email or the S&R platform.
All referral information submitted will be reviewed for suitability by our Clinical Director, and held in confidence by our team. We will be in touch as soon as we are able to offer you an initial appointment time.
We are currently open to new clients across Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington & Christchurch for disordered eating/eating disorder treatment. Wait times are currently between 2-10 weeks (as of February 2026), depending on client location & presenting concerns.

Please note we do not offer ADHD assessments.
OUR LOCATIONS
We believe in the value of a calm, comfortable therapeutic space to support the treatment process, and have selected our consulting rooms with this in mind.
Our Auckland clinic is centrally located in Parnell, close to the train station. Our clinic is discretely tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac, with ample on-street parking (best access via Heather Street)..
Our Tauranga/Mt Maunganui rooms (satellite clinic) are conveniently opposite Bayfair shopping centre, within Inner Balance Collective..
Our Wellington rooms (satellite clinic) are centrally located on Thorndon Quay, within Therapy Hub.
Our Christchurch rooms (satellite clinic) are also centrally located on Barbadoes Street, within Heritage Psychology.
